Notes:

- The unfinished end of one string tie was showing in the first photo but it has been tucked back up into the opening. Knotting the ends is also an option if you prefer that look.

- There’s 3 1/2 inches of loose elastic gathering on the shirred waistline on the inside of the blouse. The elastic, however, is thill stitched in place and the flaw doesn’t show on the outside (photos 6 and 7).
