·      We only Currently accept payment via eBay managed payment.

·      We will ship your item within 5 business days when payment is received validly. We will ensure that the goods will be delivered within the stipulated time which is within 1 to 3 working days from Monday to Friday. For an important note that saturday and sunday are non-working days and your goods are not delivered during public holidays.

·      We use the Express Shipping Service (base on the shipping option you selected in the system) 

·      All products are packed, and layered with bubble wrap to reduce damages during shipment delivery.

·      To ensure the delivery can be processed smoothly, make sure your delivery address is verified and correct. We will contact you via ebay message to confirm the address to be sent to. We are not responsible for invalid addresses. Worldwide shipping is available.

Custom

·      Import duties, taxes and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please note that these custom import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs before you buy.

·      All customs fees & taxes will be borne by the buyer.

·      Sometimes items are delayed due to customs. please allow some time for your country's customs clearance time, because the delay usually comes from Customs.
