Set is complete with the exception of the decal Sticker Sheet. All 360 pieces of glow track and Accessories including both cars are present.

This was used by my son, but not all of it.

Both cars work. Only issue with the Police Car is that the on/off switch needs replacing. Car and lights still work but in order to turn off the car you have to pull the battery. The race car has an active on/off switch and all lights are working properly. (You can switch bodies on frames if you want the police car to have the on/off switch).
