Vintage Paper Mate slim ball point pen, marked “Paper Mate Mexico” around the midline of the cap. Red plastic barrel, metal top. Inside threads in the cap are metal. Mechanism works and pen wrote when tested but may need a refill to write. Black double hearts on pocket clip. Minor surface wear, but no dents, cracks or gouges.
