Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in the same condition received. Shoes must be returned with all original packaging, including box, tags, inserts, and accessories (if applicable).

• No returns will be accepted if shoes show any signs of wear, creasing, stains, odors, or outdoor use.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

• If the item is returned in a different condition than shipped, a partial refund or deduction may apply.
