2 Handled Beech Planes, 1 1/2” Rebate & Marsden Brothers Grooving Plane
Both in good condition,
The 1 1/2” Skew Rebate is unmarked, 12” long, some staining and minor splits extending from the mouth.
The Marsden Brothers (Sheffield) Grooving Plane cuts a 5/32” groove with a fence gap of 5/16”. It's marked 5 & 8 to the rear... so probably intended for 5/8” stock. The horn has been well repaired. Some corrosion to the skid and iron present, general impacts should also be expected.
