Abbott Ural is a urinary alkalinizer designed to help ease discomfort associated with urinary irritation and support better urinary comfort. It works by helping to neutralize urine acidity, making it suitable for individuals who experience burning sensations during urination or need support in maintaining a balanced urine pH.
It is also commonly used to help reduce urine acidity in situations such as gout-related uric acid buildup or to help minimize the risk of stone formation by maintaining a less acidic urinary environment.
Dissolve 1–2 sachets in a glass of cold water, up to four times daily, or follow the instructions given by your healthcare professional.

Citric Acid (Anhydrous): 0.72 g
Sodium Citrate (Anhydrous): 0.63 g
Tartaric Acid: 0.89 g
Not recommended for individuals with renal impairment or high sodium levels.
Should not be used together with hexamine mandelate or hexamine hippurate, as these require an acidic urine environment.
Use caution in individuals with known cardiac concerns.
Avoid taking this product at the same time as quinolone antibiotics, as urine alkalinity may affect their performance.
Sodium Content: Each sachet contains 644 mg of sodium — those on a low-sodium diet should take note.
