This is an original 1949 printing of the Christian children's book "Children's Prayers for Every Day," written by Jessie Eleanor Moore, beautifully illustrated by Edith May Cunnings, and published by Abingdon-Cokesbury Press. The original dust jacket is present. 

Overall, the copy being offered is in fair condition. As you'll see in my first four photos, the covers have moderate wear, with rubbing and discoloration along the edges and in the corners, while the dust jacket has heavy wear, with heavy chipping and many tears along the edges. Inside, the pages have yellowed a little with age but remain clean, unmarked, crisp, and strongly bound. A few pages toward the back of the book have chipping on their top edges, as shown in my 15th & 16th photos.
