Up for auction is a 1868 Philadelphia Pennsylvania Obsolete Lottery Ticket.  This ticket was issued by The Grand National Matinee and The Managers of the Washington Library Co.  This ticket is dated January 8, 1868.  This is a tough to find issue.  This bill is a must have for any collector of Obsolete Currency.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
