Charging with a cable: Charge the headphones with a cable for at least 20 minutes preferably until fully charged. 2. Resetting the headphones: Press and hold the multi-function button for at least 20 seconds. You will hear a short confirmation sound. *Pairing history and other individual settings will not be deleted. If there is no response when you press the button while charging with a cable press and hold the multi-function button until the headphones enter pairing mode. This takes about 30 to 40 seconds. 3. Resetting the smartphone/app: 1. Delete MOMENTUM 4 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. You can also delete it from the connection management screen in the Smart Control app. 2. Uninstall and reinstall the Smart Control app. 3. Restart your smartphone. 4. Pair your headphones and smartphone again. 5. Launch the Smart Control app and update the firmware. 4. How to perform a factory reset: Connect the headphones to the Smart Control app go to the settings screen tap Factory Reset and follow the instructions in the app.
