I have a 31" waist and wore a size M in this style for the pics, it felt slightly smaller than the usual Jockmail sizing hence I have lowered the sizes per size.

SIZE XL  = 34" WAIST
SIZE 2XL = 36" WAIST

Please allow 1-2cm difference due to variance between samples and bulk manufacture.

Can be machine washed.
