These are 2 Pioneer 1986 advertising plastic sacks with draw string tops.  The sacks celebrate - 60 years of service to Americas farmers, 1926-1986.  Both sacks are alike.

Each measures about 14" x 17".

They are in very good condition and appear to have never been used.
