Shipment - related responsibilities:

We will ship the goods to the address provided in the order. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance. If customs clearance is not completed on time, the buyer will bear all losses, including the possible destruction of the package by customs, storage fees, high return shipping fees if the package is returned to China, and import taxes and other charges.So, please ensure you're capable of handling customs clearance procedures.

Notes on Receiving and After - sales

1-When receiving the package, buyers must carefully check it with the postman. Sign for it only when you confirm it's in good condition. Once signed for, the seller will assume the package was received undamaged and won't be responsible for any later damage.

2-All functions have been tested and are in great working order. Used pos machine don't have warranty,we guarantee can open machine normally to working. Hardware is good, like: battery can charge, good screen, good keypad...

3-If you receive a defective, incorrect or substandard product, send us pictures and videos with our company logo and the serial number within 7 days of receipt. We'll decide whether to repair it, send replacement parts or exchange the machine based on that.

4-Also, keep the product and its original packaging intact. Don't disassemble the machine without our permission. Our company logo is on the machine. Unauthorized disassembly will make it impossible to confirm its origin.

5-We don't provide SDK, payment software or related technical support. If you have questions about how to use the machine or whether it can be used in your country, here's the clarification: Since we can't confirm whether your payment software is compatible with our machine, we can't determine if the machine will work in your country as it largely depends on your software. If you can't use the device due to the lack of software or technical support, this situation won't be a valid reason for return, refund, or order cancellation.

6-We won't accept requests for refunds or exchanges just because buyers change their minds.Once the order is confirmed, we've started preparing the goods, customers are not allowed to unilaterally cancel.
