Carriers we use but not limited to are USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger/heavier items (separate tracking #s are required for these). Items deemed Damaged or damaged in transit a photo of damaged item and shipping box are required. A claim is filed, and we pay for return shipping. Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund.
