This was a ballot for the 1989 to 1990 Miami Heat season for the fans to vote on who the MVP should be. I marked it as new because there's no writing on it was never filled out. It has some black marks in the top right corner I don't know if that's a stain or a printer's error. And on the bottom it's got a couple of bends and creases. It measures approximately 8 and 1/2 in x 5 in. Please look at the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
