DETAILS Automatic and safe welding

The UNIPLAN 300 automatic welder is ideal for overlap, hem and pipe welding. The welding tool is easy to use on the table, as well as on the floor. Changing the guides from overlap welding to hem or pipe welding is possible with a single operation. The automatic, single motion nozzle engagement offers additional convenience and safety for the user.

The UNIPLAN 300 automatic welder makes welding simple for experienced users and newcomers alike. Getting stuck on obstacles such as lugs, rivets and tensioning hooks is a thing of the past. The adjustable swivel wheel on the UNIPLAN 300 automatic welder can be easily moved by hand in order to get around anything in the way. The UNIPLAN 300 is also easily operated via the display with straight buttons. The maximum speed of the automatic welder is 16 m/min (52.5 ft/min), which is more than twice as fast as its predecessors UNIPLAN E and S. The brushed blower motor allows up to 12,500 rpm. The UNIPLAN 300 automatic welder is also available in the UNIPLAN 500 version with higher welding power and a brushless motor. A practical transport box and an overlap guide are included in the delivery.
