1. Faceplate - small imperfection on top corner, shown in 2nd photo

11. Tension assembly - some discoloration on the "+-" dial

21. Needle bar cap - slight dimple on top of cap

31. Power block - has been mended with JB high structural strength adhesive, small chip missing above toggle switch

32. Lamp housing - newly painted black, good color match
