Situated between the village of St Bees and Cumberland.  It is the most westerly point of Northern England and the only stretch of Heritage Coast on the English coastline between the Welsh and Scottish borders.

Published in 1842 "The Ports and Harbours, Watering Places, and Coast Scenery of Great Britain" by George Virtue, 26 Ivy Lane, London.  Hand coloured later.
