please read other mask Descriptions. The " dangling hair" portion has Wire perimeter, like a Coat Hangar, but more Pliable..You Do the Fluffing Out & Bending of that Portion.Remember, I must DeFluff & Flatten that Hair Portion, to fit in the Mailing Box .
