Wir geben Ihnen für diese Ware 6 Monate Gewährleistung ab Rechnungsdatum. Bei einem eventuellen Mangel, der nicht vom Käufer verschuldet wurde, kann die Ware retourniert werden. Wir werden den Käufer ausschließlich den an uns bezahlten Produktpreis rückerstatten. Die Aktualisierung im Falle digitaler Bestandteile ist ausgeschlossen. Ebenso ausgeschlossen ist die Haftung für direkte und indirekte Folgeschäden. Es gelten unsere AGBs, siehe unsere Webseite. Es gilt ausnahmslos österreichisches Recht und Gerichtstandort St. Pölten.

We give you 6 months warranty for these goods from the date of invoice. In case of any defect, which is not the fault of the buyer, the goods can be returned. We will refund the buyer only the product price paid to us. Updating in case of digital components is excluded. Also excluded is liability for direct and indirect consequential damages.
