21 inches tall not including hat. if you count the hat pointing straight up add about 4 inches.

This appears to be a vintage Mark Roberts Fairy Elf. The tags were cut off so I’m guessing that is who it’s made by due to others that look similar. Since I can’t find another just like it I’m assuming it’s a hard to find HTF Decoration. Vintage Santa Poseable Unknown Name, possible fairy Jester.

🔴Condition: it’s in good vintage condition. Missing a bell on the back (see photo). Has a small mark in the side of hat (see photo). Hands have hot glue in them. I’m guessing he held something (see photo)
