The vertical color mixing machine employs vertical blade vortex-type low-speed or high-speed operation, causing raw materials to roll at high velocity and collide with friction to generate heat. This process enables material mixing with water and rapid water evaporation for drying purposes. It can also handle wet material mixing.
This unit includes a heating function to accommodate specialized mixing environments. Widely utilized in plastics, powder, metallurgy, ceramics, and related industries.

Outlet
Widening and lengthening the outlet, trapezoidal design, good sealing, faster discharge and no dispersion; loosen the lock and pull the gate to discharge the material.
Universal Casters
The four supporting legs of the machine are equipped with universal casters, which can be moved flexibly and easily. The casters have a locking and fixing function to prevent movement.
Motor
The motor adopts cycloidal pinwheel deceleration motor, pure copper core motor, strong power, low working noise, maintenance-free, long life, and can work continuously for a long time.
Fastener
There are four fasteners designed around the mixing tank, which can firmly fix the cover when the machine is running, prevent the material from leaking out, and ensure work safety.
Protection Switch
The machine is designed with a travel protection switch. Once the cover is accidentally opened, it will automatically disconnect the circuit and stop working to prevent accidents.
Control Panel
The control panel integrates three functions of start, stop and timing. Connect the three wires of the air switch to the three fire wires to start it. The operation is simple and saves worry and effort.
Heating Fan
The unique fan heating structure can provide 0-100℃ heating function when stirring, to meet different needs.
Gas Vent
There are 16 exhaust holes on the top of the lid, which can discharge the gas generated during the heating and stirring process in time to ensure a good stirring effect.
Stirring Blade
The vertical stirring blade has a scientific and reasonable structure, which can fully stir the material while reducing the load to a minimum, saving electricity, and the shape of the blade can also be customized.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
Items returned under the buyer's remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.

Defective & Damaged Products
