This WAS a pillow with a zipper that I believe you unzipped to reveal a sleeping bag. 

There is only one side of the zipper and it appears to be sewn down, so now this is only a pillow. I do not know if the sleeping bag is inside because I didn't want to rip it open. 

Has some wear due to age, but no holes or stains
