SHIPPING POLICY
We utilize USPS, UPS and Federal Express for cost-effectiveness when product size permits. Travel times for UPS and FedEx range from 3-5 business days.
For items shipped through UPS or FedEx, signatures are not generally required upon delivery. Often, the driver will make that choice and you may want to leave a note stating a signature is not necessary. For business deliveries, signatures may be required.
We use commercial carriers (truck) for larger pieces, fragile items, and multiple-piece orders to reduce shipping costs. A carrier representative will call to schedule delivery and someone will need to be present to accept the package(s). If you do not accept the phone calls of these freight carriers to schedule an appointment the carrier will be forced to return the freight.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
