Precautions for Installing a Leveling Lift Kit

Pre-Installation

Gather Tools:Gather the correct professional tools, including: hydraulic jack, jack stands (at least two), torque wrench, socket set, spring compressors (for coil springs), pry bars
Safety Equipment：Always wear safety glasses and gloves

During Installation

Secure Vehicle：Operate on a flat, solid surface. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels not being lifted. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack! Always use jack stands on the vehicle's frame or solid lift points
Spring Handling (EXTREME DANGER)：When disassembling struts, you MUST use professional spring compressors to safely relieve spring tension. Never attempt this without compressors
Protect Surrounding Components：Be careful to protect brake lines, ABS sensor wires, and other linkages from damage during disassembly.

Post-Installation

Wheel Alignment:You MUST get a professional wheel alignment immediately after installation! Failure to do so will cause abnormal tire wear, pulling, and dangerous handling.
Inspection and Re-torque:After installation, double-check that all components are installed correctly. After driving 50-100 km, re-torque all critical fasteners.
Test Drive: Perform an initial test drive at low speeds in a safe area. Test the brakes and listen for any unusual noises
