The hat only says it's from Target. there is no size tag on it. It has an inner lining which makes the opening smaller. It is measured 10" X 8"

For a small/medium head.

The sequins are both red/green
Swipe the sequins down for all red hat and then upwards will make the sequins green. 
The hat was purchased by a teen for a party and then taken off during the party and never worn again. 
Like all our items, the hat comes from a smoke/pet FREE clean household.
