Set is not complete.  Of the original 150 Power Builders booklets, only 75 remain (missing all of the Lime, Aqua, Blue, and Purple--- but does include 1 Brown, 15 Violet, 15 Rose, 15 Red, 14 Orange, and 15 Gold. Has all Skill Builder Key Cards, all Skill Builders, all 150 Rate Builders, all Rate Builder Key Cards, 62 (of original 150 Power Builder Key Cards), sealed CD-ROM, Student Record Book, and Teacher's Handbook. Box is in pretty good condition, but lid has a long split along one corner. This set should be considered incomplete.
