SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped to the United States: We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
You are responsible for shipping costs only.

Orders shipped outside the United States: We ship via DAP (Delivered at Place).
Shipping is covered by us, and import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Important (U.S. orders with eBay Authenticity Guarantee):
Even if the destination is the U.S., when the item is covered by eBay Authenticity Guarantee, import duties charged to the buyer depending on the program’s handling.

1. Origin and Delivery Time:
All items are shipped from Japan via DHL as the standard method. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 days. Please ensure your address is correct before making the payment.

2. DAP Shipping (DHL):
All orders shipped via DHL, except those to the U.S., are shipped via DAP (Delivered at Place).
Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

2. Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
