1.Before starting the machine, check whether all components of the equipment are normal, whether the feed inlet is blocked by foreign objects, and whether the power connection is firm. 2.Start the equipment. After the equipment runs stably, slowly and evenly pour peanuts into the feed inlet. Avoid pouring too many at once to cause blockage. Strictly feed according to the rated capacity of the equipment to avoid overloading, which may lead to equipment failure or material splashing. 3.According to production needs, the gap between the crushing rollers can be adjusted by turning the handwheel to control the discharge particle size. 4.During the operation of the equipment, the operator must not leave the post. Closely monitor the operation status of the equipment. If abnormal situations (such as abnormal noise, vibration, unsmooth discharge, etc.) are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. When cleaning up jams or blockages, ensure that the power supply is disconnected, and use tools to assist in cleaning. It is forbidden to reach into the equipment with hands. 5.After the operation is completed, first stop feeding, let the equipment continue to run for 2 - 3 minutes, discharge the crushed peanuts remaining in the machine, and then turn off the power supply. |
