Designed for go-karts, dune buggies, minibikes, and other small off-road vehicles running 8 HP – 18 HP engines.

🔧 Installation Guide

Mount the driver clutch onto the engine output shaft (ensure the key fits).

Install the driven pulley on the jackshaft.

Fit and align the V-belt between the pulleys.

Check alignment and belt tension.
-
Secure all bolts and test the converter at idle before full-speed operation.
Note: Belt should not move at idle. Adjust idle speed if necessary.

Keep the converter clean and dry.

Do NOT oil or grease the pulleys or belt.

Regularly check belt wear and replace if slipping.

Ensure proper alignment for smooth engagement.
