1-Year Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products purchased directly from Royalty Parts Direct.

What's Covered:
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to a free replacement.
No labor costs will be covered.

Shipping Terms
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning the defective product to us.
Royalty Parts Direct will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Inspection & Processing
Returned products must be inspected to confirm the defect.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped within 72 hours.

Return Guidelines

Contact us before returning any item for detailed return instructions.

Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a buyer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
