Our 45 litre Poly Planter bag is made with top quality UV additive so you know they will last more than 2 years in the harshest Australian climate. One of the tricky things you may face in buying inferior bags out of China is how quickly they break down in the Aussie Sun!
Made in Australia from High quality, Low Density Polyethylene plastic.
This speeds up the process of preparing the bag for potting, and will not have oil all over the bags like some other brands do!
We supply our own brand of professional grade Planter Bags which have been developed with improvements on other brands. We know you will be happy with our 45 litre Poly Planter Bags.
Our 45 litre Poly Planter Bags contain drainage holes - five to six holes per side, at least one hole at the base, two at the shoulder, and two up the side, providing you with adequate drainage in a normal situation. You will find them easy to handle and move.

NOTE REGARDING THE SIZE APPEARANCE OF PLANTER BAGS
**** This listing gives the actual dimensions of the bag flat as you received them. If the bag you receive appears smaller than expected, firstly use the lay flat measurements to check that you have been sent the correct product.
If you are still unsure, you can use an online calculator to confirm the volume of the product. To do this you need to input the 'filled' bag measurements, which also appear on this listing.
Once the 45 litre bag is filled with mix the dimensions are as follows:
370mm diameter across the top (185mm Radius) and 410mm deep (height).
Search for a good online calculator to work out the volume of a cylinder. Follow the instructions on the online calculator; most will ask you to input the diameter and height measurements. eg. 37cm (370mm) diameter & 41cm (410mm) height/depth.
Once you submit these measurements the volume should then appear with a reading of approximately 44 litre or 44,000cm3.
The design of various retail containers often make them deceiving with regards to the volumes they contain - for example milk bottles, soft drink bottles and cans that have all the curves and skinny necks etc. Even a 9 litre household bucket is quite tapered and has some indents etc. In smaller sizes, a small change to the numbers can make a big difference to the volume! Consumer liquid containers are rarely filled to the top.
