Here are some tips for you to operate this machine.
1.Please do not press the machine more then 30s one time. Please make sure each interval at least 2 minutes. Then keep the machine until room temperature before using again.
2.Please add adequate food - not too much or less 500g meat at a time) for better chopping or it would not chop evenly and meet your expectation.
3.In some cases, if the motor stops when you use it in the first time, please do not worry. The motor oil is heated in the first use so the motor gets hot which is the normal case but it will cool down in several mins and work fine in the next operation. Please make sure your chopping time less than 30 seconds a time. Thanks.
4. There are 4 slots on the lid which should be matched to the motor so they can be connected successfully.
