Pre-owned. This is cotton, but the material tag has been removed. Warm flannel fabric, but not super heavyweight flannel. Two functioning buttons on the front. Good condition with no yellowing or damage. 

Measurements are approximate and taken flat:
-Armpit to armpit- 24" flat across the front and unstretched.
-Armpit to bottom hem- 36"
-Overall length- 47.5"
-Inside sleeve length- 16"
