• CARRIER:  Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your address as well as the size and weight.
• HANDLING:  We offer a 1 business day handling time on all orders! Our business days are Monday-Friday not including holidays. It will then take additional time for transit and delivery.
• ECONOMY:  Our FREE economy shipping option generally delivers in 2-6 business days after your order has shipped.
• EXPEDITED: For an additional cost, we can ship your order via expedited shipping. (FedEx, UPS, and USPS is available at checkout.)
• INTERNATIONAL: We do ship to many international addresses through the eBay Global Shipping Program. With this service we will ship your package to a US based eBay facility who will then ship your package to your international address. Please check under the Shipping and Payments tab to see if your country is eligible. International addresses will be charged an additional fee from eBay during checkout for shipping and customs fee. Please allow for additional transit and delivery time for international orders.
• TRACKING: You will receive a shipment confirmation email along with tracking information once your order has shipped. Some packages may require a signature based on the value and carrier requirements.
• We ship within the continental US. Not all items ship to US Protectorates, Alaska, or Hawaii. 
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before a payment is made. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed.

• DEFECTIVE ITEM REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS:  If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
• DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN CHARGES:  We will cover return shipping charges and provide a prepaid shipping label on all domestic orders. International return charges may apply.
• RE"TURN-AROUND" TIME:  We typically process all returns within 1-3 business days. We will provide tracking information for any replacement items.  If your order requires a refund, the funds will return to the original payment source typically within 2-4 business days.
• INSPECTION: All returned items are inspected and tested before a refund or replacement will be issued. Incorrect items or items found to be missing parts will not be refunded.
• NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to rising shipping costs, eBay fees, and the item discounts that we offer our customers, we do not accept returns on our items unless the item was defective. (See the above policy for reference.)
