Used items are sold as shown and may have normal wear, nicks, scuffs, scratches, rash, or dings. Please inspect and install the part within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping

Items ship after payment has cleared and any required order verification is complete.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during eBay checkout. Please verify the address before completing the purchase. Address changes requested after purchase may require cancellation and a new order.

Tracking information will be uploaded when available. Delivery dates displayed by eBay or the carrier are estimates. We will assist with delivery issues through the applicable eBay order process.

Delivery timing may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier operations, mechanical failures, address issues, customs processing, and regional disruptions. If a shipment is delayed or damaged, please contact us through the eBay order process so we can assist with the carrier claim or resolution.

Please inspect the package and item promptly after delivery. If the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the listing:

• Photograph the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage.

Large item & freight shipping

Engines, transmissions, seats, doors, trunk lids, hoods, bumpers, body panels, axles, and other oversized items may ship by freight.

Unless arranged in advance, freight delivery requires a verified commercial address capable of receiving a freight shipment, with a loading dock or forklift available. A business operated from a residence may still be classified by the carrier as a residential location.

Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, redelivery, storage, address correction, terminal transfer, or other special services may require prior approval and may result in additional carrier charges.

The buyer or an authorized recipient must be available for the scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier may contact the buyer using the telephone number associated with the order.

Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Visible damage, missing pieces, opened packaging, crushed containers, or other irregularities should be clearly noted on the delivery receipt. Retain a copy and take photographs.

Do not refuse a damaged freight shipment unless instructed by us or the carrier. Contact us through eBay Messages as soon as possible so that the appropriate freight claim or return process can be started.

Carrier inspection records and delivery receipts are important evidence, but failure to note concealed damage will not be used to override rights provided by applicable law or eBay policy.

Returns

Before returning an item:

Any coverage of labor, installation, removal, diagnostics, programming, coding, calibration, towing, storage, freight, shipping, fluids, seals, gaskets, shop supplies, rental vehicles, loss of use, lost income, or other related expenses is determined by the return policy displayed in this listing, applicable eBay policies, and applicable law.

Damage resulting from improper diagnosis, installation, modification, misuse, or continued operation after a malfunction or warning condition may not qualify as a defect in the supplied item, subject to the listing return policy, applicable eBay policies, and applicable law.

Please confirm compatibility and inspect the item before incurring labor or installation expenses.

Engines, transmissions & assemblies

When an engine, transmission, axle, differential, or other major assembly is sold, attached components may be left installed for the convenience of the buyer or installer.

Unless expressly identified as included and tested, coverage of the main assembly does not extend to attached or accessory components such as:

• Alternators, starters, compressors, and pumps.
• Sensors, switches, solenoids, and wiring.
• Manifolds, throttle bodies, injectors, and fuel-system components.
• Water pumps, thermostats, hoses, and cooling components.
• Distributors, coils, spark plugs, and ignition components.
• Brackets, mounts, covers, pulleys, belts, and tensioners.
• Torque converters, clutches, flywheels, and linkage.
• Seals, gaskets, filters, and fluids.

Before installation, the buyer or installer must inspect the assembly and replace all appropriate service items. Manufacturer-specified fluids must be used.

For engines, the lubrication and cooling systems must be inspected, cleaned, filled, primed, and confirmed operational before startup. Damage caused by overheating, oil starvation, contamination, improper startup, or failure of an attached component is not considered a defect in the supplied engine.

For transmissions, the cooler and lines must be flushed or replaced as appropriate. Correct fluid, filters, seals, programming, adaptations, and relearn procedures must be used. Improper torque-converter installation, contaminated cooling systems, incorrect fluids, or external control problems may damage the transmission.

Electronics & modules

Electronic parts may require professional diagnosis and vehicle-specific programming.

The buyer must verify the complete part number, hardware revision, connectors, software compatibility, vehicle options, and programming requirements. Matching only the year, make, and model may not be sufficient.

A diagnostic trouble code does not necessarily establish that the supplied component is defective. Wiring, connectors, grounds, power supply, communication networks, sensors, actuators, software, and other vehicle systems should be properly diagnosed.

Programming, coding, calibration, initialization, security access, subscription fees, dealer services, and related expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
