This item is brand new and factory sealed in the original manufacturers packaging. Legacy Diecast only sells items that are brand new. This item was inspected at the factory by the manufacturer prior to packaging and shipment to our warehouse.

Shipping

All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of your eBay order being placed. Most orders are shipped by either USPS or UPS. We review and select the most effective and timely option. Our experienced warehouse staff takes extra care in preparing and packaging models for safe shipment to you. Please message or e-mail us if you have any special shipping requests or requirements.

Payment

After selecting and purchasing as many of our items as you'd like, you will complete eBay's checkout process and send payment at the time of purchase. We will begin processing your order right away.

Returns

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all model cars with a minimum of $15.00. There is a 25% restocking fee charged for all display cases.

Returns should be carefully repacked with original packaging so that no damage occurs when the item is shipped back to us. In order to receive a refund, items MUST be returned in perfect sellable condition.

Please include a copy of the invoice PLUS a description of the item's defects and / or the reason for returning the item. Indicate whether you want to exchange the item or a refund. Please be legible, ordinary folks must be able to read this.

Once we receive your return, your credit card or Paypal account will be credited for payment, minus the restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges unless the model arrives damaged by the carrier to your address within the continental United States.

We do not ever refund any shipping charges for International Shipments for returns or replacements, regardless of the reason for the return.

Important Shipping and Tax Information for International Customers

The customer is responsible to pay for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and / or VAT to the proper authority when the item or items arrive in that country. The customer may not refuse delivery in their country due to the tax and duty requirements or for any other reason. The customer may not cancel the order for any reason once they complete and pay for the order in eBay. The customer is also responsible for picking up the item or items at whatever location Customs may require of them in their country. If for any reason at all an international customer decides to return an item, the customer is responsible for any return shipping, handling, and packaging charges. The customer must arrange to ship any item back and pay in full the amount for shipping and handling prior to shipping back to the Legacy Motors Diecast USA warehouse.
