How to return

Returns will be processed within 48 hours once received at our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know your parcel has been received & a refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer..

  • For all exchange & returns queries please contact us via the eBay message centre.
  • You must return the item in it's original packaging in the a new condition, ie, no scratches to the case or cracks to the screen
  • Refunds are paid once your product is back with us and we have checked it for damage

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns

If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice.

Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.

To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused, without installation or data input
  • In the same condition as supplied to you
  • Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
  • With the original box and unopened packaging

Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.

The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • When the product seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games
  • On headphones, where the seal on the packaging is broken
  • If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new

If a product is returned as unwanted, and the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.

Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.

Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than Manufacturer will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.

All warranties are non-transferrable.

Warranty Coverage
This 12-Month Limited Warranty is provided by SuppaTech and applies to new and refurbished desktop PC's purchased from SuppaTech only. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered
During the warranty period, SuppaTech will repair or replace, at its discretion, any laptop or component that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. Covered components include (but are not limited to):

  • Internal hardware (motherboard, CPU, RAM, internal storage)
  • Display screen
  • Keyboard and trackpad
  • Built-in speakers, microphone, and webcam
  • Battery and power adapter (unless excluded below)

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications
  • Software issues, including viruses and operating system corruption
  • Loss of data—customers are responsible for backing up all data
  • Consumable parts such as batteries and chargers beyond 6 months of use
  • Damage caused by external factors (fire, flood, power surges, etc.)

How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty service, contact SuppaTech at support@suppatech.co.uk. You may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Product serial number
  • Description of the issue

After verification, instructions will be provided for returning the product (if necessary). Shipping costs may be covered for valid warranty claims within the first 6 months.

Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement under this warranty is the sole remedy available. SuppaTech is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
