For your consideration is this estate find rare US military DUI pin with a bear biting down on an aircraft and the logo "Defendamus" across the bottom.  The pin is enameled gold-tone metal.  The unit this pin is from is uncertain, but I believe it is Vietnam Era US Navy, as the sailor it belonged to served on the USS Midway during the early 1970's.  His 1972 yearbook from the USS Midway is also for sale in my store.
