B486. Vintage 80's Ladies Brass Ornate Zebra on 2 brass Disks Black / Gold Braid Cord with hook Belt Size 31” .

The brass discs were previously glued together and have now come apart and move relative to each other. This doesn't affect wearing comfort and isn't noticeable until you flip the discs over. The braided portion of the belt stretches from 31.5" to 36" around, but I don't think this will be comfortable, as the cord itself is tight. It would be better if your waist size were exactly 31.5 or a little larger, but not 36" or more.
