Shipping

I ship using Gemini Mailers with the additional cardboard insert. Please request an invoice for combined shipping if you're purchasing more than one book. The cost for shipping multiple books is typically not much more than shipping a single book. Here's a breakdown:

• 1-2 books - $6.49
• 3-6 books - $8.49
• 6+ books - $9.50
