The map inside is clean crisp and unmarked. The ends of the spine are scuffed with nicks at the end and there is a tear to the top left corner of the front cover repaired with invisible tape on the inside. There are crease lines running from the left edge into the photograph. There is a scuff and faint phone number to the bottom right of the front cover with slight creasing to the bottom corners. The top half of the back cover has some creases and the bottom corners and edge have light creasing. There is a 5mm tear to the bottom edge on the back. The photographs are of the actual map offered for sale.
