5. The buyer needs to pay for the above fees in case that occurred for certain goods. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay those fees, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer completes those fees and pay all the return and resend cost. The buyer can not cancel the order or request a refund due to this reason.

You should state your item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly in your email. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you send.

And please bear in mind that you should contact us within 3 days since the day you receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the defective item.
