Bulk 2 pound group of rough (whole, un-opened) smaller-sized Utah Dugway geodes or thundereggs.  Each 2 pound group typically contains between 7-12 thundereggs measuring between 1.50 and 2 inches in diameter with some possibly slightly smaller or larger.  Most groups have a mix of sizes in this size range and are not all the same size.  These thundereggs come from a new private mining claim in the Dugway, Utah region, and are considered mine run.  Typical mine run from what we have analyzed so far runs about 70-90% hollow to some degree, with the cavity thickness varying from extremely hollow to partially hollow.  Once cut or cracked open, blue/grey agate along with the brownish/grey natural rock is found in the rind and the hollow cavities are lined with quartz or chalcedony that varies from non-crystalline blue chalcedony/agate to the most sparkly drusy quartz you could imagine and everything in between.  There is quite a bit of variation in the cavities of these geodes.  We have included several pictures and a video of what one typical 2 pound lot looks like as well as the interiors of these thundereggs/geodes in this size, and also virtually all of these Dugways fluoresce bright green under shortwave UV light per pictures.  No offers accepted or quantity discounts available.
