Goods at a promotional price must quote the relevant code,
otherwise the full price may
be charged. Sometimes goods may be incorrectly priced or described and can’t be honoured
and we reserve the right to correct any errors in which case we’ll cancel your order and
issue a refund or ask if wish to continue with the purchase at the correct price.
The full payment for the goods and delivery charges must be paid in full, before we can
process your order unless agreed otherwise. Payment details will be displayed on the
platform when purchasing goods. When paying for goods you confirm that you are
authorised to use the credit/debit card.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the
card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept
your order and not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We’re not
responsible for the card issuer/bank charging the holder of the card because of our
processing of your credit/debit card payment for your order. We cannot be responsible
for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by
email and any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
Invoices for goods issued will follow a fixed format and unedited.
Delivery is free between 2-4 working days in mainland UK
unless next day delivery is
selected but we don’t dispatch or deliver on the weekend. Postage charges may apply on
some parts, please see the item detail page for confirmation. Addresses in Scotland,
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands and offshore UK islands
will incur a postage surcharge, The applicable postage charges will be on the listing
when your postcode for delivery is entered. We may change the service offered without
notice due to factors such as size, weight & location.
European deliveries are shipped via various couriers. Anything outside of Europe will go
by Air. If you are outside Europe and require an order to be shipped to you and you
can't find your country on the list, please message for a quote. We offer international
deliveries and please contact us before ordering.
Please note that if you haven’t received your order in the expected time frame, we have
to contact the courier company before a lost parcel claim is raised, however this is a
very rare occurrence. Please allow for three working weeks for items to be returned to
the sender if not delivered within this period.
Please note that if you order more than one part we may send them separately if we can
send one quicker than the other.
Please contact us by email to process a return. We can only
accept returns if they are
either genuinely faulty or in pristine condition (have not been fitted and in original
unmarked packaging). Returns received by us 30 days or more after the date of despatch
will not be accepted unless specifically agreed beforehand. We will process your return
within 2 working days and will act quickly to action whatever we have agreed over email
(refund, replacement).
Parts are sold with manufacturer's warranty. If an item
develops a fault after 30 days
then claims are made direct to the manufacturer. It’s you’re responsibility for choosing
the correct part for your vehicle and liability for damages caused due to incorrect part
choice or fitment will be yours. We will not intermediate between you and the
manufacturer and not be liable for any warranty claim related costs.
If faulty goods are being returned or aren’t the product ordered out with 30 days then
we’ll pay for return delivery unless you ordered them without confirming fitment and
they didn’t fit your vehicle.
Without effecting your right to cancel, if there’s a problem with the goods within 30
days, we may offer to make good any shortages, non-delivery, replace or repair any goods
that are damaged/defective or cancel part of the order and issue a refund.
The provisions of this clause don’t affect your legal rights if you are a consumer.
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by
Inter-Autos. All
transactions where you are placing an order and purchasing products from us are on the
basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of
the goods to you, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us.
The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute
legal acceptance of your order.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in the supply and delivery or
for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder or for any other
liability, in each case that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our
reasonable control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather
conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of
telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures,
acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other
industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition or restrictions of
imports or exports).
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (including any provision in which we
exclude or limit our liability to you) is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable,
the validity, legality or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and
Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. Our
contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
The information contained herein is for information purposes only and, although we have
made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the
information available is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or
conditions of any kind either express or implied. We don’t warrant or represent that the
use or the results of the use of the materials available or from third parties will be

any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

which includes your name & address, contact no, e-mail, residential and delivery
address. All information held is accurate and up to date which may be verified by e-mail
and any inaccurate/outdated details will be corrected/deleted. All information supplied
is securely stored and follows strict procedures to prevent any unauthorised access. We
don’t sell or trade any personal information to third parties. Data collated is
explicitly used to fulfil customer orders, improve the site/services and only disclosed
to verified couriers. Credit/Debit card details are not stored and compliant with the
payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) through Safer Payments.
