Both kits are sealed but the Tigger with Presents has a long slit along one side and the Pooh Skating also has some small openings along the plastic packaging (see photos #6-9 for up-close details). It appears that the kits are still complete but we can't confirm that all components are present/ nothing slipped out. Packaging also has some overall edge rubbing, soft corners, etc..
