Q: What if the part number matches the product description but my car is not listed in the "Fit Car Model" list?
A: Please send us your 17-digit VIN and the list of parts you wish to purchase via live chat or message. We will use our Vehicle Configuration Database to verify whether the part fits your vehicle and help you find the correct one if needed.

Q: What if my car matches the year, make, model, and engine code in the product description but doesn't have a matching part number?
A: Please send us your 17-digit VIN and the part number you wish to purchase via live chat or message. We will check our Vehicle Configuration Database and inform you whether the part is compatible with your vehicle as soon as possible.

Q: I don’t want the whole kit. Can I purchase individual parts from the kit?
A: We usually sell parts from the kit separately. If you can't find them in our store, please provide your car model and the list of parts you need via Message, and we’ll send you the relevant link.

Q: What if my package is damaged, lost, or has other issues during shipping?
A: While every item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you experience a shipping-related issue, please contact us via Message with a detailed description and relevant pictures (if available). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
