Physically inspected and in good condition.  Taken from a 2010 Nissan Rogue, automatic transmission, part number 31036 CZ35A.  Make sure your original has the same part number before buying!  (Unless it doesn't matter for your particular model or plan to do a swap of some sort).  Due your due diligence and research.  

Copy of VIN number from donor vehicle included in case reprogramming is necessary.
