SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to all countries not on the banned list.

All products are shipped via DHL unless you have a different request.

Please contact us to receive your shipment with different companies such as PTT, Fedex, UPS.

Cargo delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Customs charges, Import taxes and VAT belong to the buyer.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Returns are within 14 working days from the delivery of the product to the customer.

All products are tested by our technical team and delivered to the cargo.

Returns are accepted only if the products do not work and are completely different from the product in the image.

If closed box products are opened, returns are not accepted.

Shipping and customs fees for returned products belong to the buyer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
