Physically inspected and in good condition.  Taken from a 1997 Ford F150 1/2 ton P/U 4WD (8 Cylinders 6 4.6L MFI SOHC 280 CID), Automatic Transmission.  Part number:  F65F-12A650-PE.  Make sure your original has the same part number before buying!  (Unless you plan to do a swap of some sort, doesn't matter for you particular model.  In which case, do your due diligence) 

Copy of VIN number from donor vehicle included in case reprogramming is necessary.
